so it's weird because:

1) I've never seen it before now

2) it does blink, I mean the intensity of the light turns high an down, and it seems that it follows a rhythm

 

also I don't know if I'm seeing things or what, but sometimes there are like for less than a second some blinks of some other colours (red and blue I think?)

 

I've uploaded a video.. even though from mobile it just seems a led in the dark, but it's not 😅

Probably a satellite. We don't have a frame of reference for anything else in the sky, but that sort of quick-shimmer pattern is either a place super high up near dusk, or a satellite in orbit.

Video is way to vague to even make an accurate guess. Like others have said its probably an airplane.

 

If you want to capture something like that you either need an excellent camera with an excellent lens or you need to go max ISO and a stupid long exposure on your phone.

As others have said, that's a plane. One of the lights on an aircraft flashes by FAA regulation, while the other white one stays on. Hence the flash!
