No. You're not.

Are you talking about those gaming chairs? Yea most are absolute garbage. They're not designed to provide comfort long for sessions and improve posture, they're just designed to "look cool".

I definitely get what your point is they look cool but they are not comfortable, what chair should I buy then?

I found a cheap 300 $ 240 hz monitor that will work fine and trust me I am not going to want a better computer in the long run i will be grateful for the I might get bc I could never get a pc at all I am on a 2012 mac so u have no idea wat it would feel like to play 200fps. I played fortnite on mobile but it was just really unenjoyable so i quit I want to play fortnite on pc.

My first computer was running a Cyrix 233 cpu, the GPU (if you can call it that was i think an S3 card with 1 megabyte of Vram, 32MB of memory anda 4GB HDD. I was lucky it ran starcraft, so trust me, I know a lot about the feeling of playing a game on nicer hardware. Your mobile has more power than my first computer. I had to install windows 98 with out a mouse on my first computer, boot from a 3.5inch floppy disk, then use the keyboard to start setup.exe from command line after getting to the cd-rom drive, and navigate the graphical setup with no mouse..becuse the prebuilt computer I worked all summer for didnt come with one. (I mowed yards, small town, every one knew my family, I got like 5 bucks a yard,10 people a week for about 10 weeks got me about 500$ so yea, we (adults) know what we are talking about.)

I know a lot of people here on the forums love their Herman Miller office chairs but those are expensive. Chairs are something I would want to go to a physical store and try out for myself. I personally would love an adjustable headrest, but some people might not be into that. That's how complicated this is. It's not something you'll get a perfect fit when simply browsing online.

If I'm spending 450 bucks on something like this, I would like to try it out myself even if it looks tempting.

wat r the benchmarks

lots of fps!

it's a good budget build honestly, and probably better than whatever you'd get from "ibuypower" they're using cheap parts you pay more than you should and won't last long...

I'm more concerned about:

Your listening and comprehension skills

Money management skills

Decision making skills

Etc.

Bottom line, you're young and have absolutely NO experience as a parent and dealing with children.  There may be reasoning your parents have they aren't telling you.  And as a parent myself, I truly feel a child needs to understand on some level what they're doing and you're not just giving in to impulse control issues.

Kids see, they want, then HAVE TO HAVE or the world ends. :)

I am kinda going with this seeing the responses in this thread overall.

@OP Save your money. You will be having other things coming up once you get of age and you will wish you had the 1000 bucks you are spending now. If this computer is being used for school, then great. But since it is a gaming computer, it is a distraction from what you really should be focusing on: School.

At 13 just get a PlayStation or something. Put the money in a high yield savings account to earn interest so that when your older and less likely to brake a costly PC your have more money to put towards it. I wish I did that at 13.
