Yep, every single one. Especially case boxes as they make it super easy to transport your PC in. That and it also gives you a place to put things like extra cables, manuals, etc that you don't want to lose.

I have kept all of them. They are all in a big pile in my closet.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

Yep I keep all of them, for a few reasons. If I ever need to get something that came with a product, such as an M.2 screw, I don't have to dig through a box of random PC parts, I can just go to the motherboard box and grab the part I need. Another reason is to get product information. If for some reason I want to find the exact model of a part like a motherboard or graphics card, I can just look at the box instead of opening the computer or looking somewhere in software.

Yup. I have my last 4 graphics cards, my last 3 cpus, my last 3 mobos, my last 2 AIOs, my last 2 PSUs, my last 2 keyboards, my last 2 mice, my last headset, my mouse pad, several ssds, and a plethora of extrenal cables (usb, hdmi, display port etc.). I can see all of them from here.

Used to, not so much anymore. New builds get all the leftover crap jammed into a mobo box, I might keep a gpu box.

Most gets recycled, mainly as I don't resell my used hardware anymore either.

Silent build - You know your pc is too loud when the deaf complain. Windows 98 gaming build, smells like beige

I keep all boxes for items over a reasonable value until I am happy the product is working as I expect or the return period ends.

The only exceptions are expensive items under warranty that I would likely want to return OR items I am likely to want to sell down the line and a box would really help the value.

I have a shelf of these boxes and a couple out in the shed so nothing that is a burden to keep. I review them whenever I clean out the cupboard and destroy and that have no value to keep.

I keep all of them. No legitimate rational reason, but theoretically you can use the case box to pack up the PC during a move. I rarely use included accessories with some items, so the box holds those in case I need it in the future. Beats storing them separately and not knowing specifically what the parts were from. I also like to have them for selling purposes sometimes, makes packing it all up and protecting it easier and for pictures, etc.

I try to keep the boxes in the box it all shipped in. I also keep the paper invoice in said box. Keeps it all mostly organized as I have them all stacked on shelves and the floor of my "PC room." If I need to transport or store the hardware, well there's no better box the one the manufacturer put it in. Plus, there's usually extras that parts come with like mounting brackets, screws, adapters, cables, etc so I like to store those in the box they came in. It's also a nice safety net if I ever want to sell a part, or if I have to RMA something. Even years down the road, some companies will accept an RMA or warranty.

I m military, I move a lot so I keep all the boxes that will help me. Recently I bought a monitor second hand, didn't have the box and it literally keeps up at nights. Also if you planning to sell things layers for example GPU, keep the box, otherwise I throw them to recycle, I'm not sentimental on Garbage. Btw interesting post
