Need help picking out a case for my DIY NAS

I'm planning to make a NAS out of my old PC components but I'm not sure which case and hard drives to buy. I was going to go with the Jonsbo N5 cause it can fit an ATX motherboard and has plenty of HDD slots but I would like a case that also has hotswappable hard drive bays as I will probably be upgrading/adding more hard drives as I go along. 4, preferably 6 Drives feels like a decent amount to start with if all I can afford at that moment is 1TB drives but I would like if it had some room for me to add another like 2 more using a PCIE expansion card as well as a PCIE network card for faster ethernet.
I'm also not sure which hard drives I should get. I read there's drives that are specifically made for use in a NAS but then some other people are saying to just buy whatever's the cheapest. And should I buy them new or should I see if I can find some second hand?
The components I was hoping to use from my old PC are as follows:
MOBO: ASROCK B550 Phantom Gaming 4 (ATX, AM4, DDR4)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (using the cooler that it came with)
RAM: 2x8 G.SKILL DDR4 3000MHz
BOOT SSD: 250GB M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe 2100/1300 MB/s
PSU: Seasonic SSR-650GB3, S12III Series, 650W 80+ Bronze (non modular)
I'm planning to run HexOS on it and to use it for storing images, videos, hosting a jellyfin media server and to host a MC server for me and like 5 of my friends.
While I would like to use my old PC parts if I can, if there's a really good case that requires like one or two things changed (such as the MOBO or PSU) I'd be willing to buy those to accommodate a smaller/more space efficient case.

Jonsbo N5/N6 for ATX. Jonsbo N3 if you are willing to get a ITX board. 

I own N3 and N5 and they are by far the best cases I dealt with in a long time. (I also own a C6 which not a nas case).
