I have never seen that error in my life... But someone will probably help you here if they ever encountered it.

On the other note, a simple google search of that error brings up a thread where someone fixed that by just rebooting their system.

Never seen it myself but rebooting will usually fix these kinda things yes!

I sleep with my computer about a bodies length away, its not bad because its not very loud, that said I was able to leave it for a week last year unattended no problems when folding was still buttery smooth and WU's were plentiful @ShortRouter

For those having issues getting WU for their CPU, this worked for me: splitting the CPU into separate slots with each 4 cores (currently have 4 slots w/ each 4 cores on a Ryzen 3700x). Seems most WUs are optimised f4 core jobs.

Exactly what i mentioned yesterday ! I noticed this as my 4 core processor machine get getting WU's but my 3900x wasn't getting anything.

Now they are all happily running !

Sorry should have done that from the start, but Googlefu to the rescue! It seems like an error due to being unable to delete old data, since the files are locked. I am running it on my Unraid server, so it might be due to backup routines, system checks or similar. But I didn't worry too much since system is still churning out WU's.

Left my rig working overnight, came back this morning and had to restart. Now FAH is reporting my GPU as Unsupported.... Any ideas?

Can you see it in device manager?

Try reinstalling your drivers and then reinstall FAH if that doesnt work

What card is it?
Was it working before?

Try deleting the slot and adding the GPU slot again.

Looks like F@H has run out of WU. Again. Nice job everyone! (could also be a storage problem on their side)

I'd recommend same as @Spotty, but I would delete the slot, restart PC, and then add the slot.

Anyone sleeping with their folding rig in the same room? Is that viable temperature and noise-wise? I have to make a decision of leaving it unatended/ remote in another town for 3 weeks or take it with me where it would have to be in the same room where I sleep.

I have mine in my bedroom and it’s fine, but it has only been running a single low power card (1660 ti).

I think if you have a 200w plus card or multiple cards then your mileage may vary. Also be ready to tape over/cover your HD indicator led. Amazing how such a small light can be soooo annoying 😅

Just unplug the HDD LED from the motherboard. It's not like it actually does anything other than occasionally blink at you.

I found a black permanent marker works pretty well, it will dim it but still give you some indication.

haha YES on my old case I disconnected both power_LED and HDD front panel connectors because it was annoying to render at night. New rig's RGB RAM was literally making me blind at night. I'm used to turning off all RGB in the software before going to sleep now. #firstworldproblems

Hmm, as pointed out by 4 other users, servers 155.247.164.213 and .214 seem to have something wrong, completed WUs can't be uploaded (mine has been like that for 36 hours +, now it's worth almost no points) but they don't seem to be overloaded as connecting to those servers using Firefox loads almost instantly a web page with F@H logo, also my logs and the logs of those other users are exactly the same so it seems there is something wrong there

You can check server status here.
https://apps.foldingathome.org/serverstats

The servers seem to be online and I can ping them, but there could be other issues causing WUs not to upload.

Edit: Looks like @Gorgon has already reported the issues to F@H.
