(I had a chain smoking client once where his system looked like that)

Wow, did not think of that. I bought a used graphics card once where it smelled awfull and there was sticky brown gunk in the fan and heatsink. If you smoke at your pc your pc parts begin to smell awful.

Doesn't look too bad, if this case is watertight you could make a mineral oil/cooling fluid build.
