Friends. seinfeld is ok, but it's not funny at rewatch. Friends while not as clever as Seinfeld atleast funny on rewatch. i'd rather tell you to watch Brooklyn Nine Nine.

For Friends to be funny through a rewatch, it'd have to be funny the first go round.

 

And the dated """jokes""" weren't funny when they were made.

 

Both shows are equally bad. One's just viewed through rose tinted glasses significantly more.

I understand the humor. It's just incredibly dry. But that's not an issue if the same is true of what little competition one has anyways.

 

 

Seinfeld is a crap show. Friends is another crap show. Had either been made today, with more modern production value, people would see how bad these shows really are.

basically preempted that Ted is gonna end up with Robin eventually... which led to Tracy dying in season 9. 

 

My favorite episodes are Slap Bet, when Robin sang Sandcastles in the Sand and PS I Love You and when she's screaming at Patrice...and many more.

If you want a good fun action/tormented soul romp check out Wynonna Earp. seasons 1-3 are on Netflix now. Season 3 wasn't as great as the first two but it was enjoyable and sets up season 4 nicely.

 

You also can not go wrong with Community (as mentioned in a few other posts)
