Posted April 25, 2019 No, Get an RX 570 instead. Same price, and better performance. You can also at times find RX580s for the same price as a 570. The 1650 is a garbage GPU with no real place. Posted April 25, 2019 What PSU are you using? I'd recommend going with a RX 570 instead, its a much better card for the price.

Posted April 25, 2019 Nope. Buy an RX 570 if you want a performance upgrade. It’s cheaper than the 1650 and performs better. If your CPU doesn't have a six-pin, buy one that does, then buy a used RX 570 from eBay for $80-90 and you'll still spend less than a GTX 1650 would cost. I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
 The PSU would have to have a 6 pin because of the RX 460. However, the 570 needs an 8 pin . My Power Color Red Devil RX480 has an 8pin but runs fine with a 6pin. Regardless, we need to know more about that "500W" PSU. There is a PSU called "SL-500", that looks like a 500W but its not.
