Not all humps are sexual. Our girl will hump my GF when we towel her off or sometimes when they're playing. Seems to be an overstimulation thing maybe or your dog could be trying to make sure you know she's the boss. Ours has never tried to mount or hump me. She'll get the boy dog once in a while if they're playing and he's in a compromising position. She also marks A LOT on walks. 

 

My auntie had a gaggle of beagles, all girls except one. They'd all mount and hump each other in their little pecking order and he was not top dog.

It's definitely sexual, she goes into a frenzy as she reaches climax to put it bluntly... and she leaves evidence 

 

She's been doing this since we got her pretty much, she started out doing it to her unicorn plush... a lot.

I had to put my dog to sleep, and don't have one now unfortunately. My step dad was a Yellow Lab breeder when I was a kid. We then had a Newfie later on, and my last dog was a Great Dane. Now we have cats. I'm not really a fan of cats, but ours are cool sometimes, especially when they fight. I miss my dog though and would like to have another. Kids just aren't the same thing. At least a dog wont leave food behind, or break your iPad.

I agree about the kids thing though, I didn't have kids myself. I spent a lot of time with my nieces and nephews when they were growing up though (the youngest niece is now 27 IIRC). And spent time (pre corona) with my great nephews and niece... it's nice just spending some time with them, and I love all of them loads.. but it's nice when they go home too!

Jessie stumbled into a sharp Object and hurt her right front leg on the walk today. My Mom gave her Antibiotics and patched up the Wound. She's doing mostly fine again:

Dinky got a ballerina outfit from her Auntie C, as well as a toy king charles spaniel, a centipede, and a baby carrot toy.  Here she is in outfit with the centipede toy. I can confirm that her nomenclature of "the destroyer" still stands - the carrot had his legs bitten off within 20 seconds of getting it, the centipede lost about 4 legs and lots of stuffing within about 30 mins, and the puppy lost both eyes, nose and ears - and had the stuffing taken out of the head by a few hours 

We only get soft toys for her now that are from charity shops BTW, we know she's gonna destroy them very quickly, so don't buy new any more.

 

Apologies for the pic quality, I haven't got my new DJI osmo action camera yet (should be tomorrow), and she was very excited to have my sisters here for xmas, and her boo, Charlie of course.

 

 

 

 

I got all the dogs (Dinky, Charlie, and Bella) a 7x7 pack of ranchos (like jerky for dogs pretty much), and a few little toys to play with too.

Murphy got a new collar for Christmas! Santa's workshop was a little backed up so he didn't get it until Saturday the 2nd, but he doesn't mind.

That's how I play with Dink, she loves that I do what another dog would with her... I started doing it when she was really young when there's more of a communication barrier, but she and I both like it, so I continued 

 

Yes, I look mental when I do it, but it's so fun... she tells me off sometimes, cause she doesn't want to play. It's still funny though.

I'd show you Dink's collection, but all her soft toys get shredded by her within minutes usually. I am only buying her tough rubber balls now. Hard to believe she'll be 2 years old soon

Must be so much snoring and loud mouth breathing in that house. GF says whenever they intubate pugs they NEVER want to give up the tube because it's the only time in their life they've been able to breathe without stress.

Yeah it can get pretty loud at time, especially after dinner when they all take naps. During the day it doesn't bother me cause I'm at school most of the day.
