Good, we need more small cases. IMO compact cases with lots of firepower are more appealing than a Full Tower.

I would want to put SLI on a Mitx. That's power

Looks pretty nice for those that prefer a more "gamery" look. I don't even like that style, but kind of like the look of the case.

Kind of odd to name it Cube when it's not even shaped like one...

remember when antec made cases worth buying? (still waiting)

lol this is 5x better than anything they've put out in years. But yea, still waiting as well.

muh specs

Gaming and HTPC (reparations)- ASUS 1080, MSI X99A SLI Plus, 5820k- 4.5GHz @ 1.25v, asetek based 360mm AIO, RM 1000x, 16GB memory, 750D with front USB 2.0 replaced with 3.0  ports, 2 250GB 850 EVOs in Raid 0 (why not, only has games on it), some hard drives

Screens- Acer preditor XB241H (1080p, 144Hz Gsync), LG 1080p ultrawide, (all mounted) directly wired to TV in other room

Stuff- k70 with reds, steel series rival, g13, full desk covering mouse mat

All parts black

Workstation(desk)- 3770k, 970 reference, 16GB of some crucial memory, a motherboard of some kind I don't remember, Micomsoft SC-512N1-L/DVI, CM Storm Trooper (It's got a handle, can you handle that?), 240mm Asetek based AIO, Crucial M550 256GB (upgrade soon), some hard drives, disc drives, and hot swap bays

Screens- 3  ASUS VN248H-P IPS 1080p screens mounted on a stand, some old tv on the wall above it.

Stuff- Epicgear defiant (solderless swappable switches), g600, moutned mic and other stuff.

Laptop docking area- 2 1440p korean monitors mounted, one AHVA matte, one samsung PLS gloss (very annoying, yes). Trashy Razer blackwidow chroma...I mean like the J key doesn't click anymore. I got a model M i use on it to, but its time for a new keyboard. Some edgy Utechsmart mouse similar to g600. Hooked to laptop dock for both of my dell precision laptops. (not only docking area)

Shelf- i7-2600 non-k (has vt-d), 380t, some ASUS sandy itx board, intel quad nic. Currently hosts shared files, setting up as pfsense box in VM. Also acts as spare gaming PC with a 580 or whatever someone brings. Hooked into laptop dock area via usb switch

Wouldn't exactly consider 42L small, but to each their own. I do agree that small, powerful boxes are more interesting than full sized cases, mostly from a performance per cubic inch standpoint. To put the size of this case into perspective, the node 202 is 10.2L and still supports 12.2 inch cards and a 650w gold PSU, plenty enough for a high end build. The ID Cooling IS-45VC and Cryorig C7 are both capable of cooling a consumer i7, assuming you don't plan on going beyond 4.5ghz and 1.25v and are both 45mm and 47mm tall respectively. Other great choices are the Silverstone RV01/RVZ02 (12L each) and even the Azza Z (17L). The Dan A4 SFX is another option at 7.2L, but it's not widely available.

Still working on a 4L case myself, capable of housing a full size reference 250w Titan X (Pascal) and my 6700k with 32GB of ram. Mostly for the "told you I could do it" factor, lol. Sadly, my design won't really allow 2.5 inch drives, so a single 1-2TB M.2 drive is all that I will be able to use.

On a side note, is there a Louis Vuitton version of the case? Its too cheap as it is.

Shuttle does make a 1151 board with a 4x and 16x pcie slot so it could be feesable there for crossfire, dont think SLI would work though. http://us.shuttle.com/products/sz170r8-v2/

With PCIe bifurcation as well as a supporting motherboard/CPU (X99E-ITX can do this afaik) you could run Crossfire, but SLI needs to be certified on the motherboard.

still, having 2 massive 1080 doesn't look small and appealing to me. unless there are some powerful mini/low profile cards in the future
