Not only has it been a challenge to puchase through steam.. My download speeds have halved for no apparent reason.. Dark souls 2 is shaping up to be a difficult game before i've even started playing it.

Yes its rainmeter.

 

Launch bar on the left is called launcher 2.1.5 -> http://rainmeterhub....launcher-2-1-5/ (If you need help setting it up pm)

Taskbar is just normal auto fade out
