Would a fresh windows install bring my graphics score up? I don't know if having a Titan X previously might fudge 1080 Ti scores or not. If I do, it will be April 11th when windows 10 update 2 rolls out.

Alternatively you could roll the driver back to what the 6700K result was posted on.

German PC Magazine found out, that a Ryzen with a Fury X is sometimes faster than a Titan X Pascal during CPU limited benchmarks.

Therefor the nvidia driver has some problems with ryzen.

e.g. Rise of the Tomb Raider, 720p, low details, DX12

Ryzen 1800x + Titan X = 137 fps

Ryzen 1800x + Fury X = 164 fps

or Ashes of the Singularity, 1280x768, low details, DX12

Ryzen 1800x + Titan X =62 fps

Ryzen 1800x + Fury X = 72 fps

So when nvidia fixes their drivers, we will see better Ryzen performance. ;)

i have seen hardware unboxed has done a video on this subject as well which i will watch later. i have been running furys and rx480 with mine, but i only run benchmarks so i wouldnt have notice this performance drop in games.

UPDATES!!!

one card under water and the other on the fairly average FE blower... as much as 180mhz difference between the two when individually loaded due to the temp difference.

I hope to get another 40mhz core when both cards are under water - my second card can get about 12,112mhz ram where as the first card can get 12,440mhz ram

Those GPU scores are super nice. My 980s in SLi are almost, almost twice as slow.

Your FSE GPU score: 27 144

My FSE GPU score: 15 475

Your FSU: 13 764

My FSU: 7 671

If those Titans were cold they'd be pushing 2000MHz core no bother. Nice memory OC and they'll probably easily double the score. Nuts.

Yeah I played with the fan profile in afterburner and I have it spin up much faster sooner. Its about ~74c on the GPU towards the end of the test. On water a nice OC it would be great. Its quite and improvement over my SLI 1080 setup.
