Could be, but mem at 12GHz crashes during the second scene.

I should have kept the Titan. That thing was a beast at 2126/ 11GHz. ~ 30,700 graphics score. NVidia binned the shitty chips for the Ti. Or I just got a crappy card.

I mean I guess it's not all bad. Some people can't get past 2025. Still I feel a little salty after having a great overclocker.

The Ti doesn't scale as well as my Titan did for some odd reason.

They probably intentionally sent you a shitty card since you returned the Titan XP to them.  xD

Seriously though, I just think you unluckily got a not so great one.  Far from bad though.

I added +100mv and got a bin higher at 2063MHz. No longer VRel'd. Seems my GPU needed 1.075. Tried 2076 but crashed within 5 seconds. Added 4 points to my score. xD But graphics score went down. :/

First run at 2050: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/18687484?

Running higher clocks and seeing the score go down, means you need to lower the core temp.  10c ought to help...

Well Time Spy does not like 4 980ti's. All sorts of flickering and errors that really bring the score down. However, 3 980ti's work just fine :D

Also, one of my 980ti's is absolute garbage. Bad enough that it throws artifacts at normal boost clocks so it's going to have to be returned. The rest are quite nice though.

Yep.  GPU Boost is doing more ramping down than up.
