Potentially, but if I remember correctly, there's a rights dispute with those two albums, since Kaiser no longer owns the distribution rights.

It is, but it's unfortunately not an uncommon agreement in the record industry. Usually it's not a major issue, but once the label closes down it can create the situation where a release can't be reprinted legally.
