Yup. It's how these cases function best as they pull some air from other places too then. It's the best you can do in this bad airflow case.

The s340 just sucks for airflow and is another negative airflow case to get the best performance out of it. So basically stock config with the best fans you can afford which would either be the Arctic p series or the noctua nf series.

Working around the fullscreen problem doesnt exactly fix it, I think this could be related still but to be fair this game has A LOT of problems

? Raw Dogging, Blowy Matrons and tight mounting holes ? Sounds like tech porn to me.

I would do 1080p60 in the 16:9 aspect ratio for YouTube.

Back in the GTA:SA days I already noticed that GTA had issues with HDDs once you started modding.  On an SSD the problems disappeared. 
You may be running into the same issue.  If the game can't read the proper textures fast enough from the HDD, it will either show the low quality ones or nothing at all.

Go to your Desktop, right click and select Display Settings. Scroll to Advanced Display Settings, Select Display Adapter Properties, Monitor and select your refresh rate from the drop down list.

2) The OS refers to your operating system (i.e. windows, linux etc.); it's not the same thing as your hardware.

Just did  took 10min now installing drivers etc, 1 annoying thing is the taskbar wont vanish when im browsing the web etc .. guess it will once i have a cup of java

I RMA'd my Corsair Vengeance LPX 32gb kit two weeks ago. Since they needed the entire kit (4x8) back to RMA one module, I contacted them to do an advance RMA - they charge my credit card, send a new kit, and refund once the rma is processed and the old/faulty modules are returned.
 
They charged $625 to my card for the 32GB.
