Phone recommendations?

What are your phone recommendations for ~300USD?
Not willing to go above 300, only below
Things that I look for in a phone: Good cameras (back ~12 megapixels, front at least 5 or 6 megapixels), at least a decent battery (~3000mAh), at least 10-12GBs of internal storage.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Samsung and Sony are good contenders in the camera department, the Sony XZ is from what I've heard, a solid performer with a nice battery.
