Having owned a few cars I'd dreamt about previously, the only older car I really would love to have is a 1973 DeTomaso Pantera.  Future cars are evolving so fast it's too hard to quantify.

I was in to the Italian stuff before cameras were everywhere, so I don't actually have any good pics on digital, some on film tho.
My 308gt4 is red(ish) but will ultimately be black, once the rest is sorted (long about the heat death of the universe I suspect)

Have you tried a tactical phone holster? Just get two. Have your main phone on the dominant side and have the backup phone on the other side. 

It has decreased where I live. I believe it has been throttled by our ISPs ever since the initial lockdowns because more people are still working from home. Im assuming they have done this to support the large number of users on their network.

Some will say "you play these?" to me but, NFS The Run is one of the underrated games if you ask me. The only racing game I noticed that only go forwards (no laps, you go from San Francisco to New York).

They're very long.  Some are about 10 minutes and there are a LOT of them.
When you play a game the first time they're fine.  You want to see the story.
But for a 2nd playthrough, you already know the story.

I remember playing this in 2015 I think.  Back then I think I had a 4560... something like that and a GTX 960.  And a 1650 monitor.  LOL!
It was somewhat enjoyable then.  Now I have a better system and it's actually quite enjoyable.
 
This is one of the few Call of Duty games where I truly enjoyed the campaign.  If not the best campaign in my opinion.

lots of Isometric Games are really good, and have wonderful storylines.

That topic was originally posted in Hot Deals, then later moved to Test Posts. When a topic is moved, it doesn't remove existing notifications, but they do update with the topic's current state. I presume you're following Hot Deals, which is where the notification came from.

Normally they don't however; Discord has their game overlay which hooks into an applications rendering calls so that its overlay can be drawn over top of the game. This is actually the same way that they make overlays for game hacks. The hook into the games rendering and give it more information to render e.g. highlight all the players in a certain colour that overdraws over the rest of the map so that you know where they are. (Wall hacks)

I agree with the above. But, to answer your question directly: Yes you can. Somewhat. It will work like when you shutdown or restart your system while having an unsaved project/document. Basically, Windows has support for a program to know when the system is being shut down/restart/logoff, and tell the Windows "Hold it!". That said, you'll get the screen saying that a program is holding the shutdown/restart and you can Cancel (which it will make Windows cancel the shutdown "mid way") or force resume the shutdown/restart/logoff process.
 
To do this, you'll need to make a program that exactly implement the event and API mentioned to do what you want... at least the closest to what you want.
 
Your best bet, and much easier, is to change the behaviour of the power button as mentioned above.
