Check the "slow mode" switch on the motherboard, and make sure it's off.
(it's between the 24-pin connector and the SATA ports).

You might just have a fried component if it shut down like that.
If you don't have any warranty left you might aswell take a look inside and try with other ram unplug harddrive etc

it's a molex connector, you plug it directly to the psu's molex connector.

looks like a molex connector. probably to power the fan controls. it needs to be attached to a cable that you put in the psu

you should put in a solid psu.
that makes the machine way more reliable

The H7 is very good for the price, and performs well. 

The H7 performs a bit better than the 212 Evo.
Using the NF-F12 instead of the stock fan is also a good idea.

It's mostly in laptops that TN panels are a no-go.
In a monitor you will be looking at it from the same angle pretty much. As for colors you will be fine if you are not doing anything that needs accurate colors

Alot of bent pins aswell, could be fixable but you should not pay much for this board

Pack it up really nicely and bring it as extra luggage on the plane? i would guess that costs some more but not much

That would work if you have a skylake cpu laying aroung/ you can borrow to update the bios, as the motherboard does not support kaby lake out of the box.
And if you go with a m-atx/ atx motherboard you can use your wifi adaptor (though double check the spacing as sometimes the gpu overlaps some spaces.
 

You have to delete all the partitions (so it's just unallocated space) before you can change the table.  You could use Disk Management or something like EaseUS Partition Master.  As long as you've got it working, that's what matters.

You will get cpu lag and the gpu will never be used over 70% in some cases the gpu will be used only 50%

Thats a huge bottleneck. but it happens in bf1 and maybe couple other games, but most other games there will be no bottlenecks

Acording to what I read there will be there will be even a better versions and in a lower price an equivilent to the 7600 so for me what will be the best and in the lowest price I will buy, and they say that Intel will probebly lower ther prices so all I can do is wait for a coupel weeks. I will be willing to spend 900$-1000$ for a new pc.

On the nvidia side they have to be the same card and have the same amount of VRAM,
With AMD its a different story though

Well iguess there is no defenition of what a bottleneck is and what is not.
But if thats the case there will always be a bottleneck  either the cpu or gpu
