Are the pins on this motherboard bent/broken?

I'm buying a z77 motherboard and asked for pictures of the socket as he had all other pictures with the cover on. It looks like the pins are bent/broken but i'm not sure as i haven't seen a socket from close up in like 4 years.

UPDATE: We agreed on 90 euro before he sent the pictures, kind of a steal considering z77 board are hard to get hold of and this is a pretty high end board (MSI MPOWER big bang). After he sent me the pictures of the socket he told me his processor has been running on it ever since and was working fine, he offered to drop the price down to 80 but i'm not sure if I should, as I've never repaired a socket and i don't trust him saying it works fine.

Yes those are bent.

Alot of bent pins aswell, could be fixable but you should not pay much for this board

maybe it still works if the pins are only bent a little, but there is definately damage, and nobody can say for how long it wil work even if it works at all because a little bit of movement could bent the pin just that little bit further. I would try to test it before buying it if that is possible
