The H7 is very good for the price, and performs well.

i'm buying a new aircooler for a pc that i will sell, (2011, so coolers are generally expensive). I have a hyper 212 in my main system and it looks kinda hideus so i would want to buy a cryorig H7 for my pc and use the hyper 212 for my other system.

So my question is if i will be fine with the H7? I run a 4690k at 4.5ghz 1.3v and the 212 always keeps it under 70c. Also the hyper 212 has a Noctua NF-F12 PWM 120mm fan attached so i should probably use that one on the H7?

EDIT: H7, not C7

The c7 is designed to be more suitable for mini itx builds, as it is low profile and the fan blows air downwards, similar to the intel or amd stock coolers. If you have space for the 212, I'd rather go for a Cryorig H7.

Techpowerup got their C7 to cool an i7-4770k to 85C at 4.2GHz, so it's not amazing, but it's quite good for the price.

Oh wow, i meant to say Cryorig h7. The tower style cooler. Sorry about that, fixed now

The H7 performs a bit better than the 212 Evo.

Using the NF-F12 instead of the stock fan is also a good idea.
