    Its fine
As someone in upstream logistics i can assure you it was handled far worse way before that.

If you cant see any physical damage on the board its fine, especially if its packed in an insert inside the box.

Our thought process is defined by our past experiences.

People shit on GB motherboards, I like them and chose them over other brands due how reliable they have been for me. People don’t like Asus but their warranty is absolutely top notch in my country. I have had extremely bad experiences with MSI graphics cards and motherboards so even if they were the best I wouldn’t even consider them.

    TLDR, no universal answer here.

    1. Open Regedit. You can get there by typing "regedit" into the Run menu (Windows + R) or searching for "regedit." Say yes if prompted to confirm.
    2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects3.
    3. Open the Settings key
    4. Change the fifth value in the second row from "03" to "01." Do this by deleting the 03 and then typing 01. Click Ok.
    5. If you are using multiple monitors and want the taskbars on those screens to also be on top, you should change the same values to 01 for all registry keys in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MMStuckRects3 folder. If you don't have multiple monitors, this folder won't exist.
    6. Close Regedit.
    7. Launch the command prompt in administrative mode.
    8. Stop and restart the explorer.exe process by entering taskkill /f /im explorer.exe and hitting Enter followed by start explorer.exe.

@murasaki and anyone reading this thread in the future - found the fix! Yes I did have a bad SSD but the power offs still kept happening. The error pointing to VEN_8086&DEV_A74D is due to a terrible setting / management of power to the PCI root controller in ASUS mobos. I found several posts when I searched the device name and my mobos name. This issue completely stopped when I turned off PCI express native power management in ASUS bios. Its enabled by default.

i still marked your answer as the solution because when I removed the drive it did stop instability but the true root cause was indeed this setting on top of the corrupted drive. Thanks for helping to narrow down my thinking, you are awesome!

Murasaki reacted to Arxxuss in Elite Dangerous adds the option to purchase pre-built ships for money, sharply increases many store prices at the same time
Spaceflight game Elite Dangerous has introduced two pricing updates that have caused controversy amongst many players of the game.

As of May 7th, Frontier Developments (the game's developer) are introducing the ability to unlock pre-built loadouts of certain ships for ARX (the premium currency of the game): this comprises 'instant-access to a pre-fitted ship, a ship kit, and a paint job'.

This will also include 3-month-early access to a new ship, the game's first in six years. Previously, ships had only been buyable with in-game credits, and this is the first non-cosmetic set of items purchasable in the store. Frontier has aimed these to be a 'quicker way for newer players to get involved in the areas they have the most interest in'.

In addition, the prices of many cosmetic items in the store appears to have changed, in some cases more than doubling (for example weapon and engine colours going from 2240 to 5000 ARX). Frontier recently indicated that there would be "ARX pricing adjustments' that might occur recently, but provided no further details.

This change has sparked a thoroughly mixed reaction from the game's community. Some are outraged that access to new content is being paywalled and felt that the pricing 'adjustments' were communicated inadequately, while others are appreciative of the developers making an effort to gain additional revenue sources from an ageing game. Others are worried about the precedent this may set for the future of Elite.

It should be noted that players gain 400 weekly ARX for free, but this requires the player to be active within the game.

You should try to isolate it by testing components or removing/disabling them.
Unplug your HDDs to see if the noise is gone Test GPU for coil whine with heavy loads such as games to see if higher usage affects it Unplug all possible fans temporarily (one by one if nessessary) to remove extra noise or narrow it down to specific fans if they're the culprit Also I've amplified the audio by 800% as it wasn't easy to hear it from the video at max volume.
