The Groove Music Pass streaming service was discontinued on January 1, 2018. The built-in Groove Music app will continue to play all the music you’ve purchased and downloaded or uploaded to OneDrive, but will no longer stream or play any Groove Music Pass content.

We’ll continue to update the Groove Music app so you can play your purchased music, including the tracks you’ve uploaded to OneDrive. On December 31, 2017, the option to stream, purchase, and download music from Groove Music was discontinued. If your purchased music has been downloaded you’ll still be able to listen to it.

You had Months to download the music to a OneDrive account and the Functions would still work on all the Songs you Purchased.
If you want to use the Streaming side Music pass That existed you just have to get another streaming service to provide this for you.
You didn't get ripped off in this case at all.  Companies close all the time its aloud.

    UPDATE
It may be too soon to say but I just played a full game of overwatch multiplayer without any lag. What I did was change the affinity to 0, 2, 5 and 7. And I also turned off the router for 5 minutes. After weeks of research and trying to figure this out, I'm somewhat frustrated if that's the solution to all of this. At the same time I am overwhelmed with happiness. Let's hope the solution sticks.

For the last year everyone has been saying dont build an computer and it doesnt seem to have a end in sight so it is what it is at this point. Just build it if you need / want it.
Theres no exact time line or end point that youll be waiting for. Ram might be 2 years or 2 months to come down in price. same with GPU ect.

If you have a 970 i5 ect something decent yeah the high price probably inst worth the upgrade but if your running a 660 and i3 or something older then i wouldnt wait if you can afford it.  a ryzen 5 and 1050ti is pretty decent for its price on the budget side

    Not really.

None of them actually compete right now. They all occupy their own space.
Qualcomm has had plenty of opportunity to go down this path but they don't have to nor do they want to. They're content to compete through co-processor and wireless technology. That's pretty much been their strategy for the past 5 years and was officially cemented last year.

And Apple... They don't really care much what happens in Android space. Otherwise they wouldn't have leapfrogged their own processors year over year while all other ARM processors were stumbling along.

You have to be brain dead to get scammed by a seller on eBay. Why would every YouTuber from RandomGaminginHD to Joe Bob with 2 subscribers be buying Chinese scam cards if they were stuck with them?

It is so, so stupidly easy to be screwed as a seller, and virtually impossible to be scammed as a buyer. PayPal has zero shits to give if the money is gone from the seller's PayPal. They'll just reach into the seller's bank account and take it from there after giving the buyer their money back.

As long as I'm ranting at your spreading misinformation like it's herpes in a college dorm, here's something to note about feedback: 80-90% of buyers don't bother leaving it. Seriously, my feedback score in the grand scheme of things is low. 100% positive, but low. 8 out of 10 buyers I sell to never leave feedback, and fishing for positives is a great way to catch negatives. The whole concept of feedback on eBay is broken because buyers can say anything they want and sellers can only leave positive--and buyers expect sellers to leave a positive no matter how big of dicks they are. Refusing to buy from someone with 7 feedback is just dumb. They've probably sold 50-70 items to get to that 7 feedback. If they've got a negative in their first 7 and it's legitimate (failed to ship in the promised window, bad communication, problem with product that had to be escalated, etc.), sure, be wary, but the dollar value of some of the items I sold between 0-10 suggests that, thankfully, the overwhelming majority of eBay understands that what you're saying is just flat wrong.

michaelocarroll007 reacted to aisle9 in Lucked out on RAM :D
Have you ever bought anything on eBay? Or sold it? Because if you had, you'd know that it's far easier to get fucked over as a seller. Getting screwed as a buyer basically requires you to not have any understanding of eBay's "we will fuck the seller at your request" guarantee system.

But clearly not enough to understand how eBay's buyer protection works.

You know PayPal will reach into the seller's bank account and pull the money back by force if the seller has already cleared it out, right? There are ways for a crooked seller to conceal that money, but that's not the buyer's problem. PayPal will refund the buyer out of their own pockets, then chase the seller down separately and send them to anything from collections to court, depending on the size of the scam and the amount outstanding.

The odds of a buyer being out their money are so, so much lower than the odds of a buyer taking your $1,400 1080 Ti, saying it doesn't work or it's fake, then putting a GTX 260 in the return package (if they return anything at all). They get your $1,400, they get your 1080 Ti, you get banned from eBay. Seriously, you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. I'm calling complete BS on everything you're posting. Your understanding of buyer protection/seller fucking suggests that you've sold as many items on eBay as I have at Sotheby's.

Very strange and odd that your wife doesnt allow a grown adult to travel alone. Just dont pick up hitch hikers.
Secondly I would never cross an international border with someone I did not know very very well. Too many problems could arise, like a weeder committing a federal crime, "Oh but officer its medicinal (or its legal, or I do it recreationally)" "Dont take me to the holding tanks officer, its legal" Ka Ching or another is brass knuckles "Oh i didnt know it was under my seat officer" or the officer swiping the pipe to find cocaine "But officer theres nothing in it" DENIED ENTRY! Another "Oh but officer I didnt know warrants for arrest were out on him" Maybe there is a false bottom on that LTT strangers luggage. "Oh officer its not mine" JAILED UNTIL COURT! Both of you!

1000000000000000 times safer to drive yourself in your own car, you think becaue "Oh he looks harmless" that those types dont do crimes?

Define "non-reputable". John Doe amateur seller is reputable enough for me, under a few mild conditions.
So you know how easy it is to get your money back if you use PayPal on eBay?
That's PayPal's problem, not yours. You get the refund.

Which joke? Is getting your money back a joke?
Nonsense. Infrequent sellers have nothing "suspicious" about them. Actually, what would be suspicious is a guy selling "these sticks of RAM from my PC I don't need" who happens to sell 100 items per month.
A private seller that looks like a private seller si most likely that: a private seller. And if he takes PayPal, it's a no-brainer. No reason to pass on them on a good deal unless you dislike money.

michaelocarroll007 got a reaction from ekkelekkekt in What can I do better with this build?
Honestly yes the top of the monitor can at times be more difficult to see with 43 inches. I only have a 24 inch depth desk though so im very close to it. if i had a 32-36 inch one i dont think this would be a problem. I Personally would say go for 40 inches over 43. PPI is slightly better and helps with the height problem somewhat.  I think a Monitor 4k at 38 inches or about would be the perfect size not that any exist.

Though the Silly part about people saying its too big a lot of them then recommend 2 24 inch or 27 inch monitors.  and that is decently wider then a 40 inch and you have to turn your head more to see it then the  40 inch.  2 27 inch monitors will be wider then a 55 inch TV.

The big positive to Some smaller monitors is the High refresh rates. a 1440p 27 inch 144hz is sort of the middle ground for everything and very well rounded

You get 144hz which  4k is stuck at 60hz typically.
You get 1440p wich is better then 1080p but still not close to 4k
27 inches is a decent size.  but not too big or small.

anyway build looks nice  little expensive for my tastes but Thats not really a negative. Pcs also are a little more then ussualy now with high GPU Ram and SSD pricing.
