In terms of input lag, there isn't much difference when compared to CRT monitor but motion clarity is still nowhere near as good as CRT.
 
Even with strobe backlight there is still perceivable ghosting on LCD monitor and image quality degrades whenever that feature is used.

Many aren't a fan of the build quality of the HyperX Clouds (both 1/2) (particularly the mic breaks). You also pay more for a USB sound card that is junk.   If you don't use the USB sound card on the Clouds (pop hiss disconnect) and upgrade the mic (breaks) you could have either of these for less   $45 Gemini DJ HSR-1000 (closed can = better bass) or $47 Takstar HI 2050 (open can = better gaming) $30 VModa / $43 Mod Mic =$75-91 or upgrade with $65 Philips SHP9500 (open can = better gaming) and a VModa/Mod Mic

G502 is the best mouse I've ever used hands down, so gets my vote.

Run a memory burn in test program to verify your memory is good.
Reseat all cables and cards incl memory - swap the memory slots (if mem is in 1 & 2 swap them to 2 & 1)
Ensure heatsink is firmly mounted and the right about of thermal paste is applied.
Reset BIOS to defaults
Change out the PSU.
 
Reload the OS - If a system is infected with low level malware it can also have similar symptoms.
