What monitor should I get?

I am going to buy a new monitor. I want specs to be (or near to)

 

- 2560x1440

- 5 m/s >

- IPS (Preferable but no important)

- Excellent Colours

- 75hz +

- 24 inch +

Dell are the only people I am aware of who has made a 24 inch 1440p monitor.
