I haven't had to deal with Corsair's customer support, but I can speak to EVGA's and they're amazing. 10/10

Whether you get a EVGA or Corsair will be determine by the actual model of the unit, the price of the unit, and the availability / pricing of other units in your region.

VS and CX are bad - flat out bad

RM have bad secondary capacitors and are usually very overpriced

CS are meh

RMi are good

HXi and HX are good but coil whine

AX are good

AXi are good but coil whine and multirail else fire.

Yea but the packaging on the EVGA PSUs are soooooo gooot! My 750W G2 Supernova had the PSU in some type of pouch and 2 other pouches to store the spare cables.

Bad is a bit harsh, nothing out there indicates that RMs are an accident waiting to happen like the CX series is. But nothing is lost not getting one so if that floats your boat.

cheap taiwanese/chinese secondary capacitors with some bad soldering usually. RMi are the goo ones. RM not so much

Generally it seems EVGA's offerings are better in total. But depends what budget you are shopping at

if it's budget PSU's (EVGA 80+/B vs Corsair CX/VS)? Both kinda suck. Go Seasonic S12ii if you can, or XFX Proseries/Bronze TS, i believe Antec has some good offerings too.

if it's middish good range PSU's Evga wins (GS/B2 vs RM/CS)

If it's going pretty high range (EVGA G2/P2/T2 vs Corsair AXi/RMi/HXi) Then Both are pretty awesome but i believe EVGA has the better pricing and not as much concern i see over coil whine.

if you are PSU shopping what is your budget?. Cause there are areas where Corsair and Evga get beaten up by Seasonic/XFX.

Hey bro i like yo *vomits on you*
