If you don't want Intel, seriously, do yourself a huge favour and wait for the Zen architecture to hit the floor, because Intel is literally so far ahead that the 9590 is getting its ass handed to it by an i3-6100 in everything but heavily multithreaded workloads. And if you don't have at least a 6+2 VRM to handle the woefully inefficient "eight-core", then you're going to either cook the VRM or reduce the overall life of the motherboard you stick the 9590 into.
 
You have $3000 to spend on a gaming machine, you could easily put it towards a machine with a proper 8-core i7-5960X, which dashes the 9590's hopes and dreams to pieces at STOCK speeds.

Sorry, I hate being the asshole, but what you're putting forward here is just a huge waste of money and you're going to be kicking yourself in the head for a very long time after realizing that you have literally no upgrade path for your platform. If you're gonna go all-out, get an Intel platform. If you're really that dead-set on an AMD platform, wait for Zen. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Moving the server-intended Bulldozer architecture to the consumer desktop market was one of the worst mistakes that AMD has ever made as a company, and they've spent the past five years desparately trying to raise it from the carcass it almost immediately turned into when Ivy Bridge landed and buried them in the ground like a croquet stake.

I guess I should mention that I live in the US and weekend deliveries have been a regular thing for me since I started using prime a few years ago.

I'd like to see a one click follow / un-follow checkbox, rather than the drop-down Follow This / Following tag. The drop-down menu to specify what notifications are sent for, and how they're sent could still be used while there's a drop-down box, but if there's placed a check-box in the right-side of the Follow This / Following flag area, then the notification settings can be toggled on or off in a thread with one click. And if a person wants to adjust the manner of notifications, then they could still open the drop-down details to configure them.

For real though Amazon is legendary. I once bought speakers from them and ended up not liking them. Apparently it's against their policy to return speakers (no idea why). What ended up happening is that not only did they give me a full refund, they also let me keep the speakers. 10/10

Ok yeah that's extremely excessive. Depending on how long it takes your MOBO to post, you should be looking at maybe 10-15 seconds with fast boot enabled.

Generally speaking the larger the fan the lower the necessary rpm which directly equates to lower noise.

Gsync is absolutely not designed to make it so that you don't notice changes in FPS, no idea where you go that from. It's designed to eliminate screen tearing. 60 fps is still going to look less smooth than 90 no matter how you slice it.

Off the top of my head I think it's higher speed RAM, not more RAM, that will give you a performance increase on an igpu. Not 100% on that though.
