as the title suggests, is 400 dollars a good price for a new, never opened 980ti from zotac?

If that USD price was converted to CAD even with the current exchange rates, it would be the equivalent to a 50% discount in Canadian prices. A total steal I'd say.

i paid 800$ CAD for my strix 980ti about a month ago...and even that was a good price :P
