Hackers are irritating, gta v after the singleplayer is worthless,
cs:go you needed to play cevo to get no hackers,
bf3/4 and some others had occasional hackers.
 
But there are generally ways around it, the only exception I know is GTA V

The i5-7400 can't be overclocked. 
The Ryzen is a 4 core - 8 thread chip. The Intel is 4 core - 4 thread.
 
So I think my first idea is wrong, if the 70 dollars more isn't a problem, the Ryzen will outperform the Intel (I think)

I'd pick the one with Ryzen 5 1400 because it's slightly more powerful as far as I know.
But you could also pick the cheaper Intel desktop pc and overclock it if you need to :-D

Seeing those crash reports would be very useful to diagnose the issue. Does this happen in other games than H1Z1?

It should be fine, i only using one PCIE cables which goes into two 6+2pin PCIE for my 980ti and have been running fine for well over 9 months. 

Honestly I would get a 1080 ( ti ) for ~700$ instead, and with the extra $ get something else

DDr4 AMD motherbords don't exist.

Personally I was advise against amd until zen. The 8350 was ok on a budget a few years back but there have been a few generations of intel in that time and it's really not worth it now.

FX8370 + Asus 970 pro gaming Aura basicly is a very good combo.
But i would advice to go intel if he can.

But NiMH is not efficient in terms of power to weight ratio. LiPo would fare better in that regard. Also be sure to balance charge the cells if you put them in series like that.

No, you have to insert a fork into the two top ones.

so yes you only need two ports for up to 63 ( I think it's pretty big, 63 is a guess ) different things
