WoooHOO. Release is confirmed for this fall!

 

This is directly from Rockstar's youtube channel! PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Lets hope its a decent port!

Edit: now we get to wait to see if it is as mod-able as GTA 4 was. If it is I will totally buy it!
