Pfsense build

ltguy

After building a pfsense router for someone else, I decided I wanted one at home to dabble with. Like everything I build its pretty overkill. Might run some vm's on it in the future. Clearly i had to buy a rack to put it in. Those pictures will come later.

I had almost all the parts already on hand. The only parts I bought just for this build was the case, cpu cooler, fans, ssd, and nics.  I might upgrade to a proper intel nic setup in the future. For the rack i bought the Samson SRK21 22u rack, TP-Link 24 port switch (TL-SG1024), and a CyberPower Rackbar Surge Suppressor (RKBS15S2F12R). Still need to purchase the access point but haven't chosen one yet. Let me know if there's anything you'd add to the setup or do different. Thanks.
