In order of preference: medium cheddar, monterrey jack, mozzarella, cream cheese. I do like other kinds of cheeses (I do not consider American Cheese and Cheese Whiz to be real cheese or even palatable).

You do realize that animals have breasts too. When you eat any cheese at all, it came from the breast of cows, goats or any lactating animal. Other animals have lactating breasts too like deer, dogs, cats. Suck on them apples

My daughter is lactose intolerant. She uses Lactaid or something similar before consuming dairy products.

Lactose intolerance is higher amongst non-whites.

 

To answer OP, any cheese is good, but it's so damn expensive in Canada.

I get the medium Tillamook presliced cheddar since it's the only presliced cheddar that comes with separator sheets. Other brands of presliced cheddar don't have separator sheets and the slices fuse together. I've had the same problem with custom sliced cheese at the deli counter since they won't use separator sheets and they fuse by the time I get home with them.

3 slices stale bread

1/2 cup softened butter (1 stick)

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cut into small pieces (4 ounces)

3 eggs

2 cups milk

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions

Preheat oven. to 350 degrees. Spread each slice of bread generously with butter; layer In a greased 1-½-quart baking dish, sprinkling cheese between the layers . Beat eggs and milk together, season with salt and pepper, and pour over bread . Bake for 45 minutes and serve immediately.

They dont use separator sheets at the deli where you are anymore? They still do here at the stores i go to.

Roquefort or Stilton. Nothing bets a good blue cheese, especially if it's been aged in hard liquor.
