Topics can go without answers for a variety of reasons. Sometimes the people who know how to answer your question haven't seen it, and sometimes it's because it's hard to understand what the post is asking.

All you can do to help the first option is wait to see if you get any more replies - depending on how many people know how to help you, it could take a few hours before the right person sees it.

For topics that aren't clear enough, it can often help to get rid of a lot of the unnecessary detail, and just make your questions clear. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't include any context, but the amount of context should be limited to just what is helpful and reasonably straight forward to understand.
