How Nerds Watch the WORLD CUP

CPotter

4K HDR projectors aren’t just awesome for Home Theater setups- they’re great for watching sports too…especially with a few nerdy tech accoutrements to help you enjoy the big football, basketball, or hockey game.

Do you have any understanding of projectors? How can you recommend a 3k projector for use in a lightroom? In the video you can see it isn't bright enough.

Sponsorship and marketing material to strong for actually decent recommendation. #shame (ding)

No, we still go to a pub, drink beer and curse at the referee for being a d***.

The ability to google properly is a skill of its own.

Can something be "HDR" if it can only manage 92% of the Rec. 709 color space (basically the same as sRGB)?  No doubt that color space was state-of-the-art in 1990, but it's nothing to brag about today.

For that matter, is 3,000 lm enough for a projector to be HDR?  It seemed dimmer than a non-HDR TV, even.  Are projectors graded on a curve for HDR?

I thought it was spelt "colour" in Canada?
Is this a Rec. 709 color spacetm thing or does LTT use the American spelling in their videos to cater to the American audience?
