I don't like the idea of no bezel. I already accidentally press the side of my screen all the time with my lg g6. I want at least a little bezel.

I really don't get why people care about having no bezels. No bezels = bad.

1 : Bezels allow for hardware buttons. I like hardware buttons.

2 : A "bezel less" phone has to either have a notch (stuuupid) or a fragile pop up camera like this. The notch is just dumb and the popup camera makes it easy to break accidentally.

3 : A bezelless phone is much more likely to not survive an uncased drop

4 - Bezel less phones must, by neccesity have shitty down firing speakers

I like the idea esp since there is no stupid notch, I would own one since I don't use the front camera so I really don't care.

 

However the only thing I don't like about bezel less screens is the inability to put a rubber on it. I'm sure you could buy one for it however how intrusive would it become when using the home buttons? My Stylo much like the users G6 above has little bezel on the sides, the rubber on it huges the trim nicely and not on the glass in anyway, but I would hate to try to navigate near it. (swiping side to side on my Stylos are annoying enough with the rubber and bezel)

 

IMO bezel less phones should come with textured sides (at least) and back to minimize the chances of dropping. I would like to see a proper review because even tho Linus thought it was a nice day outside for pictures imo it wasn't, it was hard for me to focus on the stuff on the screens because they (the phones, not people) couldn't figure out the proper brightness.

I didn't see an LED flasher for the selfie cam. Regardless, I like the design. It must use the screen as a speaker during phone calls? But probably a speaker on the back for loud noise (speaker mode, you know..). Microphone is.. on the bottom corner?

Still leaning towards the ROG phone because it should cool the SOC well.

 

@LinusTech I like your car. I have a 1999 Civic automatic with 250K on it and train horns under the hood. But when r u going to get a high-tech car? Used plug-in hybrids man. Still have the old car but mostly drive a used Chevy Volt now. Got it nerded up with an OBD2 reader to monitor temperatures and power flow...
