If you have a complaint, concern or question about any moderator action that has been taken against you, please send a PM to me, @Whiskers and/or the moderator in question, and we will gladly discuss it. All complaints about moderation that I have been made aware of have either been completely unfounded or the result of misunderstandings or miscommunication, but if there was a case of moderator abuse then we would consider that to be a serious problem, and deal with it accordingly.   C

Just post in English. It's one thing if you don't speak English but if you're posting in other languages because you're bored and think it's fun to use Google translate then all you are doing is wasting the time of moderators who have to go through and check to make sure it isn't something inappropriate.

 

 

On another note, is it just me or has the quality of status updates diminished significantly lately? I'm not here to tell anyone else how they should enjoy the forum but I used to enjoy reading what personal hobbies and endeavours people were up to. Unfortunately now it seems to just be people copying and pasting random images from other websites or posting random strings of text devoid of any substance or value.

It's not just you. I barely look at them anymore, and whenever I make my own status update I rarely get any replies. It's usually because mine gets bumped off the list so quickly. The forum sure has changed over the past several years.

I like both, very different animals. cats are like teenagers while dogs are more baby like.
