you would be surprised how many times we do have disagreements on things. However, we don't move forward until we come to an agreement or majority rule on what is happening.

We actually do almost all our communication on moderation things on the reports themselves so its accessible any time we need whereas Slack actually has a finite history that we can't go back in to read and review.

We get the report, we review it and determine the best course of action based on the Community Standards. Its clean, clear, cut and Dry. The CS is truly the rule of the land, not just something we peddle and repeat for our health. Sometimes it can be a quick clear cut and dry, other times not so much and we talk it over and determine how to address it.
