IIRC heard Speccy sometimes buggy like that with motherboard temp.
Use HwInfo and see

Speccy is also defining that as the "CPU socket" area, but the temperatures on the CPU look normal, so def more data, and a different and multiple sources, are needed.

Agreed. All is well, based on that screenshot. However, have you fully stressed the CPU at all yet?

no but during games temps have become higher even though summer has cool down a bit lately after few rainy days
