Don't lump me in with them. I'm an enthusiast of mechanic design, be it engines, weaponry, or productive machinery. Not a guy with a wrench that reads the marketing garbage AFE/insert other "enthusiast" brand that can't legally warranty half of their products.

I fail to see a correlation between people screeching variations of "forced induction is more efficient!!! Reclaimed energy!!!" and anything I've said.

If you can't be civil. Please leave

Edit. That goes for everyone in the thread

Is that a new thing with you?

Are these your Clios?

GB is pretty much the best place to own a Clio RS or Megane RS.
Seems like there are infinitely many tuning parts and police does not give a s... about mods.

depends, i still am confused why i cant find a corolla gts in the usa, where they were fucking sold

It wasn't called a GTS here, that was just the Celica for some generations most notably the 7th gen with the 2ZZ-GE. The 2ZZ Corolla was the XRS and then later it got the 2AZ-FE 2.4L engine from the Camry and Scion TC which while it had more torque felt less sports like and was generally panned by Toyota fans.

Just get a Mazda Capella or Toyota Corolla. Undervalued cars that last a long time.

What part of fun went unheard? 😛

I'd rather have a modern~ish sedan with a bit of ponies.

~snip!~

Went on a Cupra Formentor test drive with a buddy and was shocked at how good Cupra cars are. Think was quuuiiiick, and super nice inside. Can imagine the wagon is even better, considering the lower center of gravity and less weight....

Did you test the Hybrid or the 2.0l with 310hp?

Just compared the Leon to the Octavia today. I think the Leon looks way better on the outside but interior goes to the Octavia

Only issue I ever had with the blue one was knocking top mounts after I fitted lowering springs.

So far the silver ones had (since May 2020) Coil pack, leads, plugs, injectors, O2 sensor, brakes, tyres, exhaust mounts, an exhaust clamp and a few other odds and sods. Ive only driven it 1500 miles in nearly a year 😂

I man a city isn't nice for 5.7l V8s either

best thing for cities (if ic-engine) is a downsized turbocharged small car with a high engine load

i swear this is so biased, but it just seem that no one can really beat the japanese 4 bangers, in tuning capability, gas efficiency and reliability, the v8s are like, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr burn the fucking gas
