Edit: Okay so construction is why it is so dirty. But, still, why didn't anyone wipe it off? And  that scratch on the back...

I really don't like how is bases a lot of cooling performance on "it did/didn't throttle" it gives the impression that 80-85c is acceptable. yeah Aida64 + furmark is a ultimate worst case scenario but so what. I would actually want my CPU to throttle if it was hitting 85c
