PSU that can handle my system

I'm looking for a PSU that can handle a MSI GTX 770, 8gb of ram, 4 fans, Phenom ll x4 925 (going to try to OC a little bit). I would prefer to have modularity but I don't need it.

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV 

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500

Corsair CX-M grey, good budget PSU. Semi modular.

Ok and I found a PSU https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152072 it's by Raidmax not too sure how good they are

Yes but no modularity.

Check out the PSU tier list, get any PSU from tier 1-3:

The aforementioned CX450M is good.
