German Site PCGamesHardware released a review of the successor to the Titan X:

http://www.pcgameshardware.de/Titan-X-Grafikkarte-265165/Specials/Titan-Y-Test-Review-1224564/

Quote

"Nvidia is always good for a surprise. 2017 started with the new 1080 ti which is more powerful than the Titan X (Pascal) and is ridiculously affordable compared to the Titan.

However this is not the end of the game: Enter Titan Y."

The cooler looks a lot like the Titan Z design (triple slot). It has 24gigs of memory and a projected price tag of 2.999 EUR (~3.198USD). However, it is going to use up to 375 WattsO.o

Base Frequency is 1.607 Mhz and Boost 1.741Mhz.

The funny thing about this is that this is believable.  A $3000 Titan Y that offers 10% performance over the 1080ti.

This is 100% something you could see nVidia doing.  April Fools is basically a reflection of reality on the tech world. :>

Thread moved to Off Topic as it's an April Fools' joke.

But what are they gonna do once they used up the X,Y and Z? Titan W?

It is not a single use brand, like the --50 --60 --70 --80 --90 branding where it shows in what level of the current line up the GPU is set the Titan X is simply the top of the line for that family, that is why most accept saying Titan XM / Titan XP / Titan XV, presume that the Titan Z follows the same idea for dual Titan single card, but we only have one for Kepler.
