Razer's Project Valerie appears on a Chinese second hand web store

 

"billdavidup2015" listed Razer's Project Valerie to be on sale on Chinese Tao Baa's second hand store, asking for 50000RMB. 

Journalist asked if they really have the product, and offered to buy the product at 60000RMB.

Then the seller replied "We have cancelled the listing. We are afraid of the cops, razer have reported to the police."

After offering to buy at 70000RMB, the seller replied "We are out of stock."

The listing cannot be found anymore.

I hope whoever did this gets caught, I understand the penalty in China for theft is decent, as well as the social stigma.

Incorrect.  Razer will pay upto 25k in total split up to all individuals that contributed worthwhile information leading up to:

-the return of the prototypes

-the capture of ♠FlamieMeister♠, Linus and any other co-conspirators involved in the theft. 

 

They will not simply pay 25k just to get back what is theirs.
