(solved)EA removed a game I bought on steam off my library and won't launch it

I just played the game this morning I own it on steam and I was about to play it again and it says they removed it from my library, going to the help leaves me stuck with a forever loading circle

 

what do i do, please help


EDIT: update i browsed through the Indian gaming sub reddit and I'm not the only one this happened to

Contact EA and steam. Nothing we can do.

You don't need the EA app to contact their support, just go to their website and find it there.

yes the support section of their website is stuck in a forever loading circle, I think many people are accessing it all at once rn

Looking at the Steam Discussions page it seems that other people are experiencing the same issue.

If you purchased the game through Steam submit a refund request through steam. Even if you have more than 2 hours play time Steam should still refund the game if it is no longer playable.

It is a bit slow but it does load on my end.

Or you could do what @Spotty said and ask for a refund on Steam.

You could try exercising some patience and see if the problem goes away in a few hours, or days. 

The urgency is in your head, plenty of other stuff you could be doing.

Update: the game has been restored now but I had to uninstall and reinstall EA app
