btw do you want oxygen rich blood or the blood that goes back to the lungs? they have a different color.

 

you can get slightly darker tubing for the exit of waterblocks that would get realistic.

But otherwise, it's pretty useless as NO ONE has tested blood's properties against metals. What if it's ionized and may cause galvanization
