This is quite an invention to see, although i personally hope it doesn't completely replace the butchery craft, it's a beautiful thing and is something i personally would like to see living on for a few more years.

altough a guy(a butcher) once told me this when i had the idea of becoming a butcher; "you can see the craft as a nice beautiful animal which is slowly going extinct, it's the best to let nature goes it's way." which is a sad truth, in the end it will probably be like @mr moose just has said, tourism only.
