Your first Car

bobiray

My "first" car was a 1993 Tempo.

My actual first car was a 1994 Chevy Blazer.

I miss my Blazer.

Just a little update with pictures.
I had it for a year, fixed it, got it plated, then totaled it after 3 days (black ice + inexperienced driver + RWD = bad comb).

My first car was a 2005 Colt Sport 1.5, received it from my Mum as she got a new one and I just insured it for a few months until the MOT expired. I now drive a Colt 1.1 that I got as a very good deal although I feel the huge difference in power :( it's a lot cheaper to run though :)

My first car is a 2008 Chevy Cobalt. Bought it about 6 months ago and I love it. I bought it off a family friend's kid who is a race car driver (didn't race this car on-track but he always mods his cars) so he had put a K&N air filter and a racing exhaust as well as blacked out windows. The windows are a bit of a pain but I love it during the summer so far, it really stops a lot of sunlight from getting in.

I love the car but I'm saving as much as I can so that I can sell it and buy a Subaru Impreza. Just love those cars so much and my family's had an amazing track record with Subaru's (they seem to last forever!)

Yup. It's been a few months and I'm still getting over it. The Buick has 280,000 miles on it and barely works (constantly stalling, driver's window doesn't work, no gas meter, no speedometer, no thermostat, etc.) I'm trying to save up for a decent car, though. Might go with another Ford or maybe Volkswagen/Audi.

The first car I bought for myself (as opposed to my parents old car) was a 1998 Ford Mustang GT. I bought it in 2007, I still have it for a fun weekend car.

I had a similar one (White 1997 V6 automatic). I totaled it in 3 days after $1500 in repairs and a year of waiting/working on it.

2001 Nissan Maxima SE

Fun to drive, but it seemed like that car always had problems. And Nissan designed that thing to be a PITA to fix so that they could charge more service hours.

Now I have a 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid. Twice the gas mileage in 4wd and way better to drive in the winter.

My first car was a 1966 Ford Mustang GT. I paid cash for it. It was such a bad choice because the winters here sucked lol.

Love cats and Linus. Check out linuscattips-fan-club. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Z9QDVn and Asus ROG Swift. I love anime as well. Check out Heaven Society heaven-society. My own personal giveaway thread http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/387856-evga-geforce-gtx-970-giveaway-presented-by-grimneo/.
