Maybe implement a system in which if an account gets too many reports just immediately ban them and remove all their posts, then the mods can view it and see if the forum members claims are legitimate.  

no because what if someone goes and puts up stuff saying AMD sucks all the fan boys would report that because fanboys suck and that kid would get banned from the forums

Banning someone because they get reported a lot would ending being banning someone because they have unpopular opinions.  All this would do is create a lot more work for already overloaded mods.

 

Instead people need to learn the difference between fact and fiction and and remember that other people are entitled to opinions. 

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.
