My right ankle is sore. I've walked the furthest I have walked with little help from something (like a knee walker or walker or crutches) since I broke my right ankle.

Eh falling down stairs would suck.

Haven't done that in quite a while, the last time I fell was when I broke my ankle. However today in Math I did sort of trip over my knee scooter, didn't fall or hurt anything but did startle me.

 

Also tipers :( that sucks.

There's lots of meds that can work for insomnia, but they can't be used daily or they stop working fast.

Not sure how I could send help, but anyways it's possible for you to try to fix your sleep schedule. You're going to be 13 in what a few days (like 9 days or something like that?) I don't think that, that's too young to possibly get some sort of medication.
