Its not exactly PC, but I was fiddling with one of the new HP ProLiant DL360 G8's at college, and had it out on rails. I had finished doing what had to be done, and went to slide it back into the rack when I knocked the cabinet and the screwdriver on top rolled off and hit the PCB head first. It never booted again....

There wasn't any physical marking so we managed to RMA it and get a new unit. I don't want to think about what would have happened to me if we couldn't..

holy crap you broke like a 10000 dolar server...

*£2000

Well, it was an accident...  ;)

What made it worse was the fact it had only been deployed for around 2 weeks...

Wasn't the most popular tech in the office for a little while  :D

The answer is 42.
Oh, wait, you mean to tell me you need to know the question now?
Well, I can't answer that.

Had a 2+2 cpu power cable, didn't know you could plug both them both in the same socket and tried using the pci-e cable instead.

When I first built my PC (i5-2400 and 550Ti) I used an old Hard drive I had because I was on a tight budget.

If you want to see how bad it was, it was a SATA 2 WDC Green 320GB. It took my computer about 8 minutes to boot. -_-

I love my 64gb Vertex 4 and 1tb caviar blue :D

Old shit no one cares about but me.
