App alternatives

Looking for FOSS alternatives for android apps. I found several replacements already on F Droid. If they exist, could anyone suggest app replacements for snapchat, facebook, reddit, google authenticator . If not full on replacements at least something that mitigates some of their tracking.

You mean open source apps that still connect to the actual service in the background? (Which is still going to track you). Likely not a thing, or not a thing for long, because the companies will work hard on blocking any unofficial client.

Simply Googling for https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=google+authenticator+alternative yields dozens of apps that support 2FA/TOTP

 

Sound like FreeOTP might be one you might like
